Allergex 2mg/5ml Syrup is an antihistamine medication used for the symptomatic relief of various allergic conditions. The active ingredient is chlorpheniramine maleate. 

• Allergic rhinitis (hay fever, seasonal and perennial allergies) and common cold symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy nose/throat.
• Allergic skin conditions, including urticaria (hives), angioedema (swelling), itching (pruritus) related to insect bites, and atopic or contact dermatitis.
• Allergic conjunctivitis (itchy, watery eyes).
• It may also be used as an antitussive (cough suppressant) in some cases, or as an adjunct therapy in anaphylactic shock.
