ALLECET 5MG/5ML SYRUP is an antihistamine medication containing the active ingredient cetirizine dihydrochloride. It is used to relieve symptoms associated with various allergic conditions by blocking the action of histamine, a natural substance in the body responsible for allergic reactions.
