• Directions for Use Adults: Add one to two 5 mL medicine measures (4g to 8g) in half a glass of cold water, 3 to 4 times daily. Children (6-12 years): Add one 5 mL medicine measure (4g) in half a glass of cold water, 2 or 3 times daily.
